Welcome to the website gric.rs (hereinafter: „the Site"), owned by Gric Produkt d.o.o., headquartered at Bavaništanski put 334, 26000 Pančevo, Serbia, Tax ID (PIB) 104649081, Company No. (MB) 2027884.

By accessing and using the Site you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is the official presentation of Gric Produkt d.o.o. and the OLE Snack brand. Content on the Site is informational in nature and serves to introduce our product offering to visitors (peanuts, seeds, nut spreads, cold-pressed oils, Booster line). The Site does not conduct online sales — for orders and quotes please contact us via the contact form or at office@gric.rs.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including texts, product photographs, logos (Gric, OLE Snack, Mixuj Me), graphic design, user interface and source code — is intellectual property of Gric Produkt d.o.o. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws of the Republic of Serbia and international conventions.

Downloading, reproducing, distributing, translating, modifying, publishing or commercially using any part of the Site's content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree to:

  • not use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could damage the Site or other users;
  • not attempt unauthorized access to any parts of the Site, servers, or connected systems;
  • not submit offensive, threatening, defamatory or spam content through the contact form;
  • not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Site without permission.

4. Contact form

The contact form is intended for business and informational inquiries regarding our offering. By submitting a message you agree to data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right not to respond to inquiries that are inappropriate, baseless, or clearly spam.

We make every effort to keep product information (composition, packaging, weight) accurate and up-to-date. However, specific product availability, prices, packaging and delivery conditions may change without prior notice. For an official quote please contact us directly.

The Site may contain links to external sites (Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and others). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these third parties. By visiting external links you leave the Site and become subject to those platforms' terms.

The Site is provided „as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the absence of errors, interruptions or security breaches. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, to the extent permitted by the applicable law of the Republic of Serbia.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. For all disputes in relation to the Site, the court in Pančevo has jurisdiction, or the higher instance under statutory hierarchy, unless consumer protection law prescribes otherwise (in which case the statutorily designated court applies).
